All purchases made through our website are final sale. We do not accept returns, cancellations, or issue refunds once an order has been placed.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged upon arrival (this does not include damage to the packaging or box itself), we will gladly provide a free exchange for the same item.
To qualify for an exchange:

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Provide clear photos of the defect or damage to the product.

The item must be unused and in its original condition (apart from the defect).
Once approved, we will ship a replacement to you at no additional cost.
Exclusions

Cosmetic damage to the box or packaging is not covered, as it does not affect product function.

Exchanges are only available for the same product originally purchased.
How to Request an Exchange
Please email our support team by filling out a form in the contact page with your order number, photos of the defective/damaged item, and a brief description of the issue. We will review your request and respond promptly.
